Key Skills and Qualifications

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams is essential.
Strong Sales Skills: The ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets is crucial.
Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay on top of deadlines is key.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the claims and construction process is important.
Customer Service Skills: The ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients is essential.
Knowledge of Insurance Claims: Familiarity with the insurance claims process is a plus.
Construction Industry Experience: Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for site visits and inspections.

Compensation and Benefits:

1099 position with uncapped commission.
