Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Services Dispatcher to
coordinate and dispatch technicians for on-site IT support
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on service tickets
and optimize travel routes
Communicate with clients regarding technician arrival times and
service updates
Maintain accurate records of service tickets and assist with data
analysis for process improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or
equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
required
Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL or CompTIA
Service+, preferred
Ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
