Join us in redefining the standard of holistic care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.*Job Description:* We seek a compassionate Naturopathic Physician to join our team at Aayu Clinics.Must be:Graduate of an accredited four-year, professional-level programThe school has continuously maintained its federal accreditation during your school yearsPassed the NPLEX 1 and 2 and be eligible for licensure. (new graduates should have registered for the August 2024 NPLEX)In this role, you will integrate natural therapies and lifestyle modifications with allopathic medical treatments to provide holistic care to our patients. Collaborating closely with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will develop personalized treatment plans to address the root causes of illness and promote long-term wellness.The Doctor of Naturopathy is expected to provide evidence-based naturopathic treatments with a holistic approach that includes multiple naturopathic modalities and also the intravenous infusion program. The ND will see patients who present for naturopathic treatments and also work with the other allopathic providers in programs like getting patients off medications, weight loss, and other preventive programs.*Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate medical history, current health status, and lifestyle factors.* Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating natural therapies, dietary recommendations, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, and other holistic modalities.* Educate patients on the principles of naturopathic medicine, emphasizing preventative care and healthy living habits.* Coordinate patient care with primary care physicians and specialists to maintain consistent treatment plans, engaging with patients regularly to ensure compliance and provide support.* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.* Serve as an advisor on herb-drug interactions and contribute to the development of integrative health initiatives.* Create informative newsletters and online content and provide personalized recommendations for integrative patient care.*Qualifications:** Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from an accredited institution.* 1-2 years of experience in an integrative care setting preferred.* Postgraduate certification in Regenerative Medicine or Aesthetic Medicine preferred.* Experience with naturopathic approaches for mental health is advantageous.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.*Benefits:** Highly competitive compensation, including base salary and performance-based bonuses.* Free dental, vision, Life, and AD&D insurance.* Highly subsidized Health Insurance* 401(k) with employer match* Continuing medical education (CME) allowance.* The practice will also sponsor Specialty Certifications and special training courses for career advancement (e.g., Advanced Botanical Medicine, Homeopathy, etc.); the Practice will cover all costs, including 100% of tuition, travel, and living expenses.* Flexible schedule options.* Tuition reimbursement for qualified candidates.* Paid time off, with up to 2 weeks in the first year of employment.* including in the first year.*Job Types:* Since Aayu Clinics invests heavily in the training and development of its staff and providers, we value long-term relationships.
