Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Ethics and Compliance
Specialist to join their Corporate Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and disseminate regulatory, compliance, and contractual
requirements for operational functions
Monitor and review organizational procedures and policies to update
compliance requirements
Analyze compliance issues and provide solutions on regulatory,
contractual, and compliance matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
5 years of operations and/or compliance experience required
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Prior work experience with Medicare preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment
