Job Title: BarbackAt The Violet Hour, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist bartenders with tasks such as pouring drinks, mixing cocktails, and handling cash and credit transactions.
• Provide exceptional guest service by attending to guest requests and communicating effectively with the team.
• Participate in pre-shift and post-shift duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
  • BASSET Certification required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
