Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Adecco is recruiting for a temp-to-hire Shipping Receiving Coordinator in Middleton. If you meet the qualifications below, apply now!

Job Duties:

* Responsible for receiving incoming materials, and shipping products to customers, including selecting correct product, pulling manuals and documents to accompany order, properly packaging and shipping.

* Provide support to other departments including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Service, Service, and Purchasing.

Job Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent, plus 6 to 12 months experience in a similar role.

* Ability to read, write, perform arithmetic skills and speak English in order to process orders and speak with sales people, production people, and representatives from the carriers used.

* Ability to set and reset task priorities, evaluate results, and coordinate tasks with others.

* Ability to operate a computer and various software programs such as UPS Online, e-mail, Excel, and Word.

* Most of day is spent standing, walking, bending, and pushing/pulling or lifting/lowering up to and over 50 pounds.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay rate: $13/hr.
