Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Support Specialist to support
NASA on the Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Support Services
Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Perform start of business checks and monitor application
connectivity and availability
Review and manage service desk tickets, escalating as necessary
Document operation guides, user manuals, and perform testing for
system updates
Required Qualifications
2 - 8 years of IT experience with application troubleshooting and
Tier 1 support
General understanding of NIST SP documents and Risk Management
Framework
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Must be a US citizen and able to achieve a public trust
clearance
