Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Registration Specialist to work
remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm patient information and collect on patient liabilities
prior to services
Ensure accurate registration data, demographic information, and
insurance coverage
Communicate patient liability estimates and attempt collections to
meet productivity standards
Required Qualifications and Education
One year of post high school business or college course work
preferred
National Association of Healthcare Access Management Certification
preferred
Minimum one year experience in a customer service role
preferred
Medical Terminology proficiency by exam and one year of relevant
healthcare experience or equivalent education
AA Degree with six months of healthcare experience is
acceptable
