Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist
customers in combating financial crime.
Key Responsibilities
Field and resolve a wide range of support inquiries related to
product usage and technical issues
Own communication with customers, ensuring timely updates and issue
resolution
Enhance support processes and contribute to meaningful work in
fighting financial crime
Required Qualifications
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including experience with
APIs and SQL
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and
technologies
Experience with coding languages and familiarity with iPaaS
solutions is a plus
Professional demeanor with a talent for building rapport with
customers
