DescriptionRobert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading corporation located in the loop who is looking to hire a Corporate Counsel with 3-7 years of experience to join their large in-house legal department. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial and transactional agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements, customer contracts, and vendor contracts. In addition to contracts management, this position will have the opportunity to assist in areas such as corporate transaction support, employment, IP/marketing review, and more. The salary for this position is between $135-165K plus a 10% bonus target and phenomenal benefits. In addition, this position offers a highly flexible hybrid WFH schedule (1-2 days in office per week).
