Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Traveling Healthcare Professional - RN to join our team. • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and proceduresRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of nursing theories, principles, and practices
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situationsWhat We Offer:
