Job Description:
Medical ProviderProvide comprehensive primary care services for
Access patients in a collaborative effort with all care team
members. Required Qualifications:Licensed Medical Doctor OR
Licensed Wisconsin Doctor of OsteopathicBoard certified (or board
eligible) in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics OR board
certified (or board eligible) in PediatricsInsurable for liability
coverage as a physicianEvidence of continuing education, as
requiredExperience with supervising, motivating, and directing
medical staffPediatrics: Completion of Pediatrics residency
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with mid-level
providersExperience working with diverse patient population or
working within a community health centerFluency in English and
