  • 13-week contract
  • Orientation Date: 11/19
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every weekend; Holiday rotation
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
  • Charting Experience Required: EPIC required within last 12 months
  • Unit Information: 5 Med unit 53 bed unit 1:7-8 is possible
  • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies

          • Additional Details
          • Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.
          • Scrub Colors: Any
          • Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffing Agency.
