As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.About the Role

• Manage COGS, scheduling, ordering, and inventory to optimize restaurant efficiency.
• Lead hiring and firing processes, as well as staff training and development programs.
• Oversee floor management, customer advocacy, and relations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage payroll, project management, and health inspection readiness to ensure compliance and success.Requirements
  • Previous restaurant management experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead by example.
