Job Description:

We are a renowned restaurant in the vibrant Avondale neighborhood of Chicago, known for providing exceptional dining experiences. Our team is seeking a skilled Private Dining Sales Manager to oversee private dining operations and expand our private dining and events business.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate private dining events from initial inquiry to execution, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase repeat business and private dining sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for event bookings.
• Partner with the culinary team to design personalized menus tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and negotiations for private events.
• Ensure all private dining events meet our high service standards.
• Utilize OpenTable, Tripleseat Event Management, and Toast for reservation, event, and payment management.
• Assist with floor management duties as needed, including supervising front-of-house staff and addressing guest concerns.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, private dining, or event sales.
  • Proven success in increasing revenue through private dining and event sales.
  • Proficiency in OpenTable, Tripleseat Event Management, and Toast is required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and the ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team.
