Job SummaryAs a key member of the Chartwells Higher Education - UW WHITEWATER team, the Assistant Director of Dining Services I will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our residential dining and retail dining operations. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee food service operations, manage a team of associates, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement culinary programs that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
• Manage and train a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and implement new culinary initiatives.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of food service management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
