My client, a highly respected multifamily builder in the region,
is seeking a project manager to oversee distinctive ground-up and
renovation projects. This is a chance to join a well-established
and expanding contractor with an excellent market reputation.Client
DetailsMy client is a construction firm that specializes in
multifamily/mixed use and hotel work. They have a decades-long
track record of excellence in this space and are currently in a
phase of sustainable growth.
- Majority of work in the multifamily space, with projects in
hotel and commercial sectors as well
- Both ground up and renovation work
- $300m a year + in annual revenue
- Have built over 5,000 units in the state of
WisconsinDescription
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project
plans and timelines.
- Budget Management: Prepare and oversee project budgets,
negotiate contracts.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate contractors and
subcontractors.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction standards and
specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Safety: Maintain safety standards and protocols on site.
- Client Communication: Serve as main contact for clients,
provide progress updates.Profile
- 5+ years construction experience
- Multifamily construction experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to be client
facing
- College degree in construction related field is a plus!
- Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
- Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations
